Processing Time
We will process all deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a complete request:
- Acknowledgment: You'll receive confirmation within 2-3 business days
- Processing: Complete deletion within 30 days
- Confirmation: Final confirmation email once deletion is complete
Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you've backed up any information you wish to retain before requesting deletion.
What Happens After Deletion
Once your data deletion request is processed:
- Your account will be permanently deactivated
- All personal data will be removed from our active systems
- Backup copies will be purged according to our data retention schedule
- You will no longer have access to the platform with that account
- Your business will need to create a new account to use our services again
Exceptions to Deletion
We may be unable to delete your data in the following circumstances:
- Active legal proceedings or investigations
- Outstanding payments or financial obligations
- Ongoing disputes or claims
- Regulatory requirements for data retention
If any exceptions apply, we will notify you and explain the reason for the delay.
