User Responsibilities

- Comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies
- Avoid spam, abuse, or unlawful messaging
- Maintain the security of their account credentials
- Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise platform security
Important: Failure to comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policies may result in suspension of your WhatsApp Business API access by Meta.
AI-Generated Responses
Our platform may generate automated replies using artificial intelligence. Users are responsible for:
- Reviewing and managing AI responses
- Ensuring AI responses align with their business policies
- Training and configuring AI models appropriately
- Monitoring AI interactions for quality and compliance
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate responses. Users should implement appropriate oversight mechanisms.
Account Termination

Upon termination:

Service Availability
